This red cabbage slaw, used on our Burger, is also perfect for spring rolls or as a yummy side to any main course. It’s bright, tasty, and colorful.
- 1/4 medium red cabbage, thinly sliced
- Large handful fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 green onion, minced
- Red chili flakes or any fresh red hot pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
- White vinegar
- Salt, to taste
Mix all the ingredients and let stand at least 30 minutes for the flavors to blend well. Done!
